| Description | A heavenly hybrid that brings together the best of both worlds, with the crisp, buttery exterior of a shio pan (Japanese salt bread), and the chewy bite of a bagel. Made using the yudane method for extra moisture, each piece is fragrantly salted, soft inside, and lightly crisp outside.
