Here’s what you’ll learn: Hakka Rice Dumpling (2 pieces) Savoury glutinous rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo leaves, filled with chicken, black-eyed beans, preserved radish, chestnut, salted egg and etc. Hakka Yam Abacus (Serves 1) A beloved Hakka staple made from yam dough that is soft yet slightly chewy, shaped one by one into small “beads” resembling abacus seeds.
