Here’s what you’ll learn: Mini Kaya Toast (1 mini loaf and 1 mini jar of kaya) Bake a soft mini loaf from scratch and prepare fragrant homemade kaya to create Malaysia’s iconic breakfast favourite, served just the way you love it with a slab of butter. Nasi Lemuni Utara (1 serving) Discover a Northern Malaysian speciality featuring aromatic herbal rice, homemade anchovy sambal, cucumber, boiled egg, peanuts and crispy salted fish for a satisfying balance of flavours and textures.
